Shipping Policy

  • Candles are processed within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.  In the warmer months, we try not to ship any packages after 3pm on Friday.  This policy is because  we are using soy wax and do not want your personal treasure to melt if its sitting on a truck.

  • If the customer request a unique and personalized (typically our wine glass) candle the process takes a little longer. The candle will be created on the spot and will be ready for shipping within 10-14 business days.

  • Customers will receive an email when their order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number.

  • All shipping is flat rate priority shipping and typically will arrive within 3-5 business days based on postal services.  Due to Covid, some packages may take longer than usual.

  • We ship throughout the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All candles are non-refundable. However, if there are any issues with how the candle arrives please take a picture and email us your concern within 24 to 48 hours.

  • If any issues arise once you light your candle please blow it out and let us know via email immediately. (You can also send a picture or video if you want)

  • If your order is incorrect please reach out to use at anytime and we will send out the correct treasure.

  • If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us and we will respond within 24 to 48 hrs.
